I really think we all deserve an official statement about this issue.
I get that this forum is supposed to be EA's way to solve technical issues without doing anything more than hosting a forum. But its become very clear that no customer can solve this issue and that we need a solution given by EA, Respawn, or Microsoft, or whoever is taking responsibility for these connection issues. I find it very concerning how other issues get solved/addressed in far shorter time than this one. I have tried to be understanding about this issue, but its almost been a full week of the game being released and all I have done is stared at the loading screen hoping it would play.
They should at least tell us our goddamn connection sucks, I'm gonna be one to admit that my internet provider is not top notch, but at least they should state that from now on, games like this can only be enjoyed by shelling more money to cable companies. Or, does anyone here have a above average connection that can confirm issues with loading screen?
