What error are you getting: I hit play from the main menu, then never get past the ship loading screen. I haven't been able to play at all. I've tried different datacenters, and I've tried setting my router to DMZ my PC (opening all ports). Neither has worked
OS: Windows 8.1 64 Bit
Funny thing. Over on twitter I posted about this and finally got a reply:

I sent back that I'd been to both of those pages and nothing on either one worked. Know what the reply was this time?
