We need to stop being ignored now! I spent $550 dollars to play this game (bundled), this is ridiculous.

They have ignored us for 6 days and they are saying the issue will be fixed in a couple of days..... and they will repeat saying that tomorrow too
The support hasnt asked for game logs or packet logs but just to follow a bunch of clueless instrunctions, so im wondering if they really tryiing to solve this.
