What error are you getting: On loading screen with the background image of the fleet, where nothing occurs other than the spinning loading symbol for about 15-20 minutes before an unable to connect to server message.
Successfully connected to a server after forwarding the listed ports, played through several matches before suffering latency and slow load times between games and deciding to return to the menu to try connecting to another server, but have since not been able to connect to another server - again suffering from sitting at the loading screen for 15-20 minutes before a cannot connect message, despite ports still being open.
Not too hopeful after speaking with an EA advisor, basically shifting all the blame on to Microsoft. Not to mention the previous guy Joey who ended the chat with me after he could not fix it further, after he told me to clear the MAC address on the xbox and also to clear the cache.. I asked him what clearing the MAC would do as all that is used for is to identify the device and their is no static MAC set his reply was it was part of his script. Clearly no real troubleshooters within EA just guys following a knowledge base of Yes and No answers then when you run out of things blame Microsoft.
Can someone from EA PLEASE tell us if we should take this game back as it's not worth the disk its on or to hold out for this to be fixed?

you: I can play online with no issues on Fifa 14 and call of duty ghosts

you: Yes I have done this and even done a factory reset and reinput all ports

MaCatherine: Microsoft manages the servers for Titanfall. We were advised that once all available troubleshooting steps has been done on our end, customers have to contact Microsoft.
you: No responsibility taken what so ever by EA, so EA manages Fifa servers but not Titanfall servers is that correct?

you: Not sure if that's correct wonder why Microsoft would hinder the advancement of Titanfall but all their other aspects of online are ok ie- Xbox live
