[March 20th update] Connection Issues for Xbox One and PC

Origin - offering full refunds on disk copies bought through their online store (Oslo with a little blurb that cleary states that the a refunding copies because of issues ...

Game (uk) - offering full refunds on Titanfall as they understand there is a product issue, returned mine this afternoon I no longer own TITANFAIL . States on there website that they will give refunds on this product , and offering refunds on the bundle pack (Xbox one + titanfall)

Game Stop (US) - I cannot confirm but I hear game stop US is taking full refunds on Titanfall also ...

Just shows that the distributors are noticing issues and offering refunds even for opened and use games . And it's also horendous that origin are saying that are giving refunds for those who can't get the game to work ...


Unfortunately ... For digital downloads ... There's no current refund policy and customers will have to battle with xboxlive support to get a refund ... Will be hard as the operate a no refund policy on digital downloads ... Which should be illegal given today's technology and such ... Rip offs and cover ups all round . Hope this info helps with those wanting return this rubbish .
