Just as an update, our team is actively looking into these reports and we thank you for providing the requested info. Unfortunetly we do not have a direct update at this time, and will update this thread as soon as we have info.

so you are telling us to wait more then 2 weeks for a game that we payed ?
great company and great staff, selling a non-working game, making us looking for hundreds of solutions that we know will not work

This thread was created to capture info from gamers having issues. Our team has been working hard to provide possible troubleshooting tips and workarounds for specific setups. The request for info allows us to track where you're connecting to and how you're connecting to our online service. But, to give us links to other people that are going to try and make us do more of the same stuff we have trying the last week is a kick to the nuts. Most that have posted are tech minded. I wouldn't have posted anything had I not tried ports, reset everything etc. just saying.

@wolfpoc0624 by contacting those teams at the links above allows us to get even more details to help resolve whatever the possible issue is. Our teams need as much detail as possible to hunt down and track if the issue is happening with our system. In most cases we have found it to be the ISP, router firmware, ports, in game PC settings, hardware, internet connection speed, corrupted install, and many others...
We want to help and are willing to help. By going through the process, we can or will try to identify specific issues.

Because let's be honest I don't think anybody running this forum has any experience or qualifications in any technical or IT based genre . And again they are blaming your/our hardware which is appalling ... Surely if your product has this many problems ... This incomparable with hardware ... That clearly your game lacks deeper flaws from development ... And is quite clearly broken .. I feel your post will last straw for alot of gamers , and your post negatively affects and distinguishes EA as a poorly constructed company with next to no customer service or principles ... It's actually highly hilarious that you'd spell out all the problems ... And shoot your self in the face ... This game was a dive , is a dive , and will never become a leading title .... Still cracking up at your post lmao
