11 years ago@wolfpoc0624 by contacting those teams at the links above allows us to get even more details to help resolve whatever the possible issue is. Our teams need as much detail as possible to hunt down and track if the issue is happening with our system. In most cases we have found it to be the ISP, router firmware, ports, in game PC settings, hardware, internet connection speed, corrupted install, and many others...
We want to help and are willing to help. By going through the process, we can or will try to identify specific issues.

@titanfallsledge I don't doubt people are trying to get this resolved. What boggles my mind is I have all my ports that are required forwarded. I have a slower internet speed, but that's the fastest I can get. No other game I have on my One or even PS4 has any issues. My NAT is open. I can't play titanfall. My buddie who lives not even 5 miles from me, same ISP, same speed, even same router, plays fine. He has done nothing to his router. No ports open, no anything. His NAT is moderate. His ping is usually around 300. My ping is around 60. It doesn't make any sense. Or even worse I can use my phone as a hotspot(with slower speeds) and it connects fine. I've tried different routers etc.
