Our teams need as much detail as possible to hunt down and track if the issue is happening with our system. In most cases we have found it to be the ISP, router firmware, ports, in game PC settings, hardware, internet connection speed, corrupted install, and many others...
We want to help and are willing to help. By going through the process, we can or will try to identify specific issues.

Well this group you have here has no "ISP, router firmware, ports, in game PC settings, hardware, internet connection speed, corrupted install" or any other issues that you mentioned, we even have people here that switched routers and still have the same infinite loop. We appreciate the help but we are all tired of hearing that the problem is coming from our end when it really is not.

A week has gone by, and They are still trying to figure out what is wrong? That's our solution that we were promised by today?
All the reps said to give you guys 96 hours to solve this and all we get is more of the same bs? I'm sorry, I've been more than patient with you guys and have searched and went through every avenue available. I was irritated before now I'm getting a little angry.

Something weird happened, a friend invited me to a game, I Could load up the game screen by-passing the ships but I still could not get in to the game but it showed me the map loading screen telling me the map,etc. I try it on my own and cant get past the ships weird huh?.

May be able to get some help or tips from this guy, that's what Microsoft basically told me to do lol follow this guy.

Update: A main issue we're seeing from consumers who are reaching out to our support teams revolves around slow download speeds and packet loss to the servers. Our team is looking at locking down a possible update that may resolve this issue.
Suggestion for consumers who might be having slow connection speeds:
- Try to hardwire your system and test the connection. (If it isn't already)
- Test your connection with no other devices connected. (Just to verify if the same issue remains)
We will keep updating this thread as we lock in more details.
