A week has gone by, and They are still trying to figure out what is wrong? That's our solution that we were promised by today?
All the reps said to give you guys 96 hours to solve this and all we get is more of the same bs? I'm sorry, I've been more than patient with you guys and have searched and went through every avenue available. I was irritated before now I'm getting a little angry.
Something weird happened, a friend invited me to a game, I Could load up the game screen by-passing the ships but I still could not get in to the game but it showed me the map loading screen telling me the map,etc. I try it on my own and cant get past the ships weird huh?.

May be able to get some help or tips from this guy, that's what Microsoft basically told me to do lol follow this guy.

Update: A main issue we're seeing from consumers who are reaching out to our support teams revolves around slow download speeds and packet loss to the servers. Our team is looking at locking down a possible update that may resolve this issue.
Suggestion for consumers who might be having slow connection speeds:
- Try to hardwire your system and test the connection. (If it isn't already)
- Test your connection with no other devices connected. (Just to verify if the same issue remains)
We will keep updating this thread as we lock in more details.

My download speed is is 32mbps right now, I just checked. There's no way that is slow. I've tried connecting with out any devices connected and the problem persists, still takes about a minute to get in to a lobby by myself. When I use other devices while it is "loading" however, it fails.
EDIT: I did this speed test on my xbox one, it says download packet loss 0% and upload packet loss 0%. My latency is 17ms.

I am at a university where we have 100 Mbps up and down with almost no ping and 0 packet loss. I still could not get past the ship loading screen.
