As best I can tell, they're pretty good about managing the dev flair on the subreddit so while I'm not familiar with Argonomic_ but I do believe that they are a dev.
There's a date for the next update, April 25th. If the issue persists after this update, can you let us know?

Community Admin@Welles_Greysong Hey, the new patch notes call out this specific nose art as being fixed.
Please check this again when the patch goes live later today.
Having played the new patch, they did follow through on the nose-art fix they listed. So I'm satisfied that the Nitro nose-art is back, even if the new nose art loses something compared to the old. Unfortunately, I'm still unable to select the Red Baron skin for Ion.
