Mouse stutter with VSync, but smooth controller
With VSync on, my mouse input stutters in game. However, if I use a controller, everything is perfectly smooth.
My framerate is a constant 60 with no drops. The mouse input is smooth if I turn VSync off, but I can't stand the screen tearing.
I'm running an R9 280X, Windows 8.1 pro.
Things I have tried:
lowering settings
disabling orign in-game
different mice/mouse pads
reinstalling mouse and graphics drivers/beta drivers
reinstalling titanfall
reinstalling windows from scratch
making sure my graphics card's BIOS is up to date
unparking cores
