MULTIPLAYER IN DISABLED ACCOUNT

Hello there. Is disabled account can't play in multiplayer on Titanfall 2 ? It has connected Hong Kong server but multiplayer is still locked. I bought it from steam sale. If then why EA allows to buy game on disabled account. There is no responsibility from Respawn. I wonder what should i do ? it's disabled about 1 year and 2 months.

If your EA account has been disabled or banned, you will not be able to play any multiplayer EA games. More information on bans, as well as instructions for disputing them, can be found in the article here.

@EA_Aljo Then why EA allows me buy a game it is no difference scamming user. I know i violates the rule its totally my fault. But it is only reasonable in game that i got ban. You guys need refund me or do something. I won't tolerate any execuse. Thank you for replying me.

Since you purchased the game through Steam, you'll need to contact their support to see if a refund is possible.
