It's an issue on their end for the most part. I'll break down what I've done so others don't have to go through it.
If you have the never ending ship loading screen for the Xbox One version I don't think the following fixes it. It might fix it for some, but a lot of people can't play it even after all of this.
-The ports fix doesn't work
-Re-installing doesn't work
-Re-installing while offline, and then manually downloading the patch after you reconnect
-Cold Rebooting your console doesn't work (unplugging it from everything for 5 mins or so)
-Hard resets don't work (Holding the power button down and going through the longer turning on process)
-Clearing the cache
-Resetting to Factory settings and then going through the following also does nothing
-Its not a problem with wired or wireless internet or the mac addresses for each corresponding connection (basically different mac addresses don't work)
-Its not a problem with my speed because Xbox 360 and Xbox One have the same recommended and minimal speeds, (but mine is 20 mbps download and upload)
-I didn't have an issue for any other Xbox One game
-Apparently a lot of people said changing the Data Center didn't fix it, and that it wasn't specific to a location. Also we could see the data centers and see their ping
-The Router isn't the problem for the most part, except for some with Belkins
-It wasn't a problem for the most part during the alpha, but it was during the beta
-It apparently isn't specific to someone's internet, because some people had roommates who had no problems
That's all I know from this board, reddit (especially r/titanfall), Respawn's boards, the 3 EA reps and 3 Microsoft Reps.
If someone give me a straight answer that it's honestly being worked on, I would be less ticked about this overall, because plenty of people were talking about this being a problem during the Beta.
