No good titan to counter Ronin

As you all know good ways to counter Titans that use a munition would be ion. Titans to do high damage rating would be Legion tone or monarch. So it makes the question what good counter to Ronin would be but as it seems his sword blocks more damage than it should be possible almost two-thirds of damage put on Ronin with sword blocking is negated. Meaning that Ronan and nearly has twice as much health as a typical 3 speed Titan should be. Can this be fixed it is disgustingly overpowered and I'm tired of facing it.

Also, since Ronin is technically a hit-and-run Titan why is it that ruin it is constantly used to get in the face of Titans and constantly melee them. Even though the sword damage has been dropped it is still too effective to actually fight back because of the amount of damage and raw DPS it creates especially when he use his face Dash to reload and continuous is Frontier assault. Titan itself is very counterproductive to the name and I feel cheated
