No servers found

I am getting "No servers found" after clicking play. And I opened all ports both TCP and UDP and added firewall exceptions but no luck then closed firewall completely. Closed router firewall. Still no luck with all servers.

I am using Windows 8.1 with 8mbps connection from Turkey - 77 ms to North/West Europe server.

Sys:

Core 2 Quad 8300 CPU

4 GB DDR 3 single stick RAM

MSI GTX 760 2 GB GP

I would like to get help.
