origin accounts log in problem

my origin account will not let me log in. when i go to sign in it just says "you must be online when logging in for the first time" how do i fix this? someone let me know as soon as possible please, ...

no this didnt work, any other ideas? @morningtimecloud

I have the same issue. I have a message now that says "online login is currently unavailable" and if i try to login i get the you must be online for your first login.
