Origin says that you don't own Titanfall 2 even though you bought it

I bought the game on origin for my pc about 5 months ago. I could play it perfectly fine with zero problems for months until one day Origin says that I don't own the game even though it's downloaded. I cannot play the game because it says I don't own it and it makes me have to buy it again if i want to play. Any way to fix this?
