Own On Origin, Bought On Steam Now Can No Longer Play

As the title states, I have owned and played Titanfall 2 since launch. With the recent release and sale on Steam I decided to add it to my library there, which apparently was a bad idea in hindsight.

The proper accounts are linked together, and the game was installed before the Steam purchase, but today I sat down to play and noticed that the icon in the library now has the Steam label, and shows the game as uninstalled. Launching directly from the folder has Origin stating game is not installed, and the titanfall2_trial exe asks to activate the game with a cd key that I do not have.

I last played June 21 and bought on Steam the 27th of June, any help is appreciated as I would hate to lose all my game time and unlocks I have made since launch.
