[PC] - 85-90% CPU Usage In-Game

Hello! I've been having this issue for a while now and it's honestly making the game completely unplayable for me. Usually around 1-2 minutes into a match (when more Grunts/Specters start dropping...

I just recently installed Mumble, had the same issue beforehand. Having Mumble didn't make it any worse.

Can you load your system with the Clean Boot, and run the game?
