@HARAMBExWINSTON Currently there is a specialist working on my case personally. I've contacted EA support by requesting them to call me. We verified the account was mine, and he should now be on it, trying to reproduce and solve the problem. I'll let you guys know if I know anything new.
@XERO-exe I to am having the same issue. Tried different things that the advisor told me to try but no luck... Please keep us updated thanks.

@jdkelly156 Yeah, the specialist is still working on my case. He should be reproducing the problem on my account as we speak while looking for a solution. It's definitely account related, so things like reinstalling the game, opening ports and resetting your router are very unlikely to fix this problem (I'm assuming those are the kinds of suggestions you'd be getting the first time you contact support with this issue, since those were suggestions I was given initially). I'll post any updates I receive here. It might take a while.
