@EA_Archi @jdkelly156 @HARAMBExWINSTON Ok guys so here's what happened:
I contacted EA support by phone and got redirected to a specialist.
The specialist redirected my issue to the Studio.
The studio fixed the problem.
Unfortunately the final reply didn't give any details, so if you guys still have the problem you might have to open a support ticket yourselves and refer to my case.
The reply mail:
Hope your issues will be fixed soon, good luck guys.
I'm hopping back into the battlefield to release all this pent up bloodlust :3

Thank you @XERO-exe for returning and letting us know you are fine now.
I hope @jdkelly156 @HARAMBExWINSTON were able to resolve this as well. I would appreciate you guys to also post about this here, so I can file a report about this issue to the developers.

Archi, I'm having the exact same problem. I've tried talking to EA via de CHAT window, but no one responds. I've been looking at it for a few hours, now. I've posted about this before finding this post. I'm feeling pretty ******* about this, to be honest.... EDIT: Any other way to open a ticket beside waiting for the CHAT window?
