PC Gamepad support

Plugged my computer into my external monitor.

Usually, my gamepad works perfectly when just playing on my laptop, but now, the gamepad can navigate me through the menus, but isn't recognized during actual gameplay. Any suggestions?

If it matters, I use a Mac running Windows with a Thunderbolt Display. This setup worked perfectly for the beta, so why isn't it working now?
