(PC) Is there a way to turn off film grain effect ?

i am really annoyed by this film grain effect....there is an option to disable film grain on pc version ? Thanks

Do you have a nvidia gpu? Because i had an AMD wich didn't gave me film grain in titanfall 2 until i upgraded to a gtx 1060
