(PC) Is there a way to turn off film grain effect ?

i am really annoyed by this film grain effect....there is an option to disable film grain on pc version ? Thanks

An option for this should be coming soon. As a workaround in the meantime, you could tweak your brightness/contrast or color correction settings to tone it down somewhat.
