Problem with effects in Titanfall 2

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

I opened any video of a game's gameplay and noticed this. It doesn't happen that often, so I understand why most people don't notice it. But I've already watched 3 videos and noticed it, so you have to look for it, but when I'm playing it, it catches my eye and is very distracting.

Such a problem was already in another game on the Source engine. When I asked what the solution was, they only answered "it was one extra parameter added to the explosion particle material .vmt"
