problems connecting

Hello,

I bought the game a few days ago for Xbox One and havent been able to play it.  Everytime I get to the main menu it says data center : searching and never connects and when i select play i cannot connect to online matchmaking.

Any help would be greatly appreciated because as of right now all I have a $60 Paperweight.
