Profile not permitted to play online

Ahoi! I have a issue. First at all: Sorry for the bad english cuz i'm from germany but i can't find any solution about this problem. I looked in this thread already: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Titan...

@Kirmesss 

Try connecting your console to a wireless hotspot. If that works, change your connection back to the normal one you use and see if that lets you now play.

    Thanks for letting me know. Have you tried talking to Microsoft support? They should take a look at your account to see if there's anything on their end causing this.

    @EA_Aljo I talked to the microsoft support too but they can't find anything what can be the problem for this issue. That's why they tell me to do a bug report.

You can also go to facebook.com/eahelphub to get in touch with support. They can look into this further for you.
