Profile not permitted to play online

Ahoi! I have a issue. First at all: Sorry for the bad english cuz i'm from germany but i can't find any solution about this problem. I looked in this thread already: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Titan...

Thanks for letting me know. Have you tried talking to Microsoft support? They should take a look at your account to see if there's anything on their end causing this.

    @EA_Aljo I talked to the microsoft support too but they can't find anything what can be the problem for this issue. That's why they tell me to do a bug report.

Please try contacting @EAHelp through Twitter or open a case with a live support advisor here: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/. You can also go to facebook.com/eahelphub to get in touch with support. They can look into this further for you.
