Profile not permitted to play online

Ahoi!

I have a issue. First at all: Sorry for the bad english cuz i'm from germany but i can't find any solution about this problem.

Like this guy (who's not responded anymore after a time) is the problem not solved with all them 'maybe solutions'.

The problem comes with no problems before. I played one day, going to nightshift and in the moring i can't play multiplayer anymore.,,,

I have already done:

- hard reset

- reinstalling

- change to dns server 8.8.4.4 and so on and back

- checking internet connection at the same time where the game launched (everytime 24ms and no packet losts)

- rebooting router 

- i have xbox gold

Any ideas? I play on xbox one

  • @EA_AljoWhat does it have to do with this? Titanfall2 belongs to EA but I didn't have to create an EA account for it or for Apex Legends. My Microsoft account was enough to play it. I therefore do not have an EA account with the profile with which I have Titanfall2.

    It cannot be that the error has never occurred. Somehow there has to be a solution and I strongly doubt that such a gameplay error has nothing to do with a user account in a company. Like i play on xbox one from microsoft and play a game from EA. Two different companies.

    Edit: So, the email address I use for Microsoft does not exist with Origin. (So I would have to register first.) So it can't be the problem. Before that I could play it too.

  • @EA_AljoI can play every another online Game (Vigor, Spellbreak, Apex Legends...) I'm not banned or something like that.

    Multiplayer options are from the beginning from my xbox enabled

    Try to solve this, Sherlocks. I'm waiting for ya. xD

    Hi there, @Kirmesss.

    Have you checked your Microsoft account to make sure there's nothing blocking online play? Have you possibly received a ban? Also, on your Xbox, try going to Settings > Account > Privacy & online safety. Make sure the multiplayer options are enabled here as well.
