Profile not permitted to play online

I still cannot play Titanfall 2 multiplayer online. I paid for the xbox gane pass, I changed my DNS settings to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4, i blocked and then unblocked multiplayer on the xbox, and deleted...

Hi @theHungScottsman, To confirm are you playing on a PC, Xbox Series X/S, or an Xbox one?

I have the same problem on Xbox One were I can't play multiplayer because of the Lock on the multiplayer section and the message "This Profile is not permitted to play online"
