12 years agoI hate to say this, but to me that looks like they fobbed you off with the usual vague promise that it'll be fixed in a couple of days. If they were actually working on a fix I think there would be a bit more detail, possibly even a press release to link to. Maybe I'm just a cynic, but I don't see a realistic promise of action there, just a helpdesk person trying to get rid of the annoying ticket.
