I have to play titanfall from Japan.
I also have this issue.
I went a query to the EA, but it was sent back "server is busy" he said.

EA should solve this issue right now!
I tried the following, but I didn't resolve.
-Restart router and modem
-Change the address of the DNS server
-Clear windows DNS cache
-Reinstall origin and titanfall
-Change the installation drive
Method which can be solved only by using the VPN, it is to use the IP address of the provider other than the home.
