PROGRESS ON THE INFINITE SPACESHIP LOADING SCREEN PROBLEM

Hey guys,
Since no staff members or moderators are providing ANY assistance on this issue, I've gone ahead and made some progress on my own.

For those of you who may not be aware of which issue I am talking about it's the one where you get stuck on the spaceship loading screen after pressing "PLAY" and the loading circle just spins forever, preventing you from playing.

So after speaking with 6 different game advisors, I think I have made some good progress for us. Click the following link to see the chat log of the live chat I had with the last game advisor 10 minutes ago:

So as you can see this will be resolved in the next 2 days. I know it's still unacceptable but, it's still good. So I guess that there is really nothing WE can do to fix this issue and it must be fixed on their end. 

So guys give this post XP or rep or whatever it's called so that everyone can see it, provide the link to this page on other posts with the same or similar issues and bump this post constantly to keep it at the top. I want everyone know is having an issue like this to see it. 

I really do hope that it will be fixed in the next two days and I believe it will be.

    i started to have this problem two days ago, and **bleep**, i bought a new video card justo to play this game with better graphics and they **bleep** me with these

  • Getting this on the 360 version also. I bought this game for the PC and it didn't work due to another problem EA tried to fix, but it didn't work, and now I bought it for the 360 and get this..................................................................... this is the final game I'll ever buy from EA. I'm tired of games that just don't work.

    Still having this issue started last weekend and is verry frustrating!

  • 2 more days. They have 2 more days, then they had an entire month of customer goodwill before I'll demand my refund. 

    They had the time, they didn't even BOTHER to make any announcements that they're working on the issue. Instead we have silence and EA mods on this forum copy-pasting the same bloody instructions from their troubleshooting page, which we've repeatedly called out for NOT WORKING.

    God, this is frustrating.
