    Ok,  I purchased the season pass.  After buying it, it says that "Thanks for purchasing in-game content. When your new content is available, you can find it simply by starting up your game."

    So I start the game.  To the right, it says click here to download this map pack for free.   I click there, and it says purchased, but there is no download button after I get to this point.  I actually think this is a good game, but maybe the fact that your programmers can't get it to work, MEANS no one wants to play it and that is why it's only me here asking for help for the pc version since I barely see 20 people playing it on attrition. 

    Anyway, I do appreciate your suggestion, even though it accomplished nothing.

    Is there a way to contact customer support at EA to actually get solutions since it seems this board is just to list problems so others can see they have the same problems but not get solutions.

    Answer HQ is just what it says that it is, a peer to peer Self-Help website.  The official tech support is on Help Center, where the Game Advisers are.

    Ok, I was able to chat with a tech support.  When you bring up My games under Origin, it will show Titanfall.  Then just scroll down the bottom of Titanfall, and you will then see the map packs and season pass.  You can then click on them to download them after you purchased them.
