You should be able to disable that in the NVIDIA Control Panel. When you open it up click on the Display tab up at the top, and you'll see an option there for G-Sync Indicator (it may also say G-Sync Compatible if your monitor doesn't natively use G-sync). If you uncheck that option it should stop that from popping up while the game is running.
