Re: Multiplayer still unplayable.Only coop works

Yeah, more information is needed.  Not just saying "We".

I'm on PC - playing on the US servers - mostly Oregon's.  I connect just fine to the data center - usually, a sub-10 ping as I'm on 1.2 gig connection.  However, when I get in-game, it's an 80+ ping when I can connect to a match, but while trying to connect to a match, there are CONSTANT drops from the matchmaking service.

So once again - we're being ignored by EA and Respawn while they still sell the game that is nearly in an unplayable state because of this.  I have tried everything within my powers - multiple computers, different connections (e.g. - going to my brother's place and annoying his wife by trying to play on their connection with a different provider) that sort of thing.

Yet - if you contact EA Help - they say it's a problem with us.

No more money to EA.

@Magikf1ngers I find it interesting that still, after some 6-7 months, EA Help still doesn't acknowledge - or perhaps even know about - the issues present since spring this year. Nonstop. Globally. On every available platform. It's beyond rediculous at this point that they'd try a Uno reversal and expect that to slide. Sure, matches can be played and that truly is fantastic (although still within the scope of reasonable things to expect from an on-the-shelves product), but things are still nowhere near as snappy and stable as they used to be. Since we've been repeatedly informed that we can expect an update on the situation as soon as there is one to be shared I can only assume that either 1) nothing significant is happening or 2) there is a major flaw in communication within EA that prevents necessary updates to be heard. Personally, I'm leaning towards the latter, based on the fact that things have improved somewhat during different stages since April (and, naturally, declined on occasion as well). Perhaps that's an issue they might want to look into. I'm guessing it's a penny pincher problem of sorts and someone needs to understand that providing good service costs money, but also makes for decent PR. Try reinvesting in customers and fans, not just shareholders.
