Hello @BshawtDaKing
This is really odd. Have you tried to reinstall the game? Can you play multiplayer part of the game? Can you also try to perform the following troubleshooting steps from our article here on Xbox One issues? https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/console/ Maybe your console just overheats too fast? Do you have any issues playing other graphic heavy games?

@BshawtDaKing Thanks for the update post/confirmation.
@shamster21Boss yours is a completely different issue on a different system. Can you create a new thread detailing your issue, and be sure to include a link to your dxdiag.

Thanks.
having trouble making a thread so this is my dxdiag
@shamster21Boss Hi, that system doesn't appear to have a dedicated graphics card, it's below the required minimum specs to run the game.
It may be possible for you to play below the min spec, but I can't make any guarantees.
One thing that may help is to update your intel card drivers, I see the ones installed are from 2015.

Thanks.
I thought that intel hd graphics cards have dynamic technology
So thet take as much memory as they need from the computers ram for an application or game
Sure, but there's a lot more to video card performance/tech than having enough Video RAM.
It's likely that said memory wouldn't be fast enough to play the game/stream the needed textures, which leads back to the hardware in question being below spec.
