Your settings on PC should be saving under Documents/Respawn/Titanfall2 Make sure that folder can read and write function allowed.

I also have this issue, so I went and checked; there is no folder, should I make one there?

how do you make sure that the folder can read or write?
In Windows Explorer, right-click on the folder and select Properties. On the Security tab is where you can verify "Full" permissions for your username in the list.
