If you’re having difficulties connecting to online play or to other players in Titanfall likely need to open, or forward, their online ports. Find the ports for your platform below, and then you can open your ports.
All Players
- TCP/HTTP: 443; 25000-25099; 30000 – 30099
- UDP: 8125; 25000-25099; 30000 – 30099
Xbox 360 & Xbox One players
- UDP: 53; 88; 3074
- TCP: 53; 80; 3074
Xbox 360 Players only:
UDP: 3000-3999; 27015-27045; 443
TCP: 3000-3999; 27015-27045; 443
Note: If you cannot chat with someone using Video Kinect, you may need to open port 1863 (UDP & TCP).

You can try to clear your console cache as well. If you are connected via wireless LAN, please try to connect your console via cabled connection.
To make sure that no corrupt data causing your issue, you should clear your cache:
- From the dashboard, click on My Xbox.
- Select System Settings.
- Select Storage.
- Highlight Hard Drive Device.
- Press Y to select Device Options, then Clear System Cache.
- Reboot your console.
