What is your refund policy for physical products?
All physical products purchased through our Origin Store come with a 14-day unconditional guarantee. If you don't like it, you can return it within 14 days of its delivery for a prompt refund -- no questions asked!
Refund will be by method of original payment; shipping and handling not included. The customer is responsible for shipping costs to return products.

What is your refund policy for PC digital downloads?
For PC digital downloads, we've introduced the Great Game Guarantee.
The Great Game Guarantee allows you to return EA digital game downloads (PC/Mac) purchased on Origin for a full refund within 24 hours after you first launch the game, within seven days from your date of purchase or within seven days from the game's release date if you pre-purchased/pre-ordered, whichever comes first.

How do I cancel my order?
Purchases that are considered preorders can be cancelled. An order for an item that is in stock or ready to ship cannot be cancelled after it is placed.
If you have placed an order for an item you no longer wish to receive and have already been sent a tracking number, please refuse shipment of the package so it will be returned to our warehouse to be processed as a return.
If you need to cancel your order, contact us. You will need an active Oriign Account. In order to expedite your request, be sure to include the following important information.
- Platform & Game
- Full Name
- Order Number
- Date Ordered
- Game Ordered
- Phone Number
If you are unable to provide all of the above information, please include a brief explanation so we may better assist you.
Please remember to include your order number for faster service. In some cases, we are unable to cancel an order, as orders are processed immediately upon completion.
How do I request a refund?
To start a return for a physical product, send the software back with the original invoice page that was included in the box. The return address, also printed on the box, is:

To request a refund for a digital product, visit your Order History and click the “Request a Refund” link next to any eligible product. Complete and submit the Refund Request Form. You’ll get a response within 48 hours and your refund within 10 days if you meet the criteria, i.e., your refund request is submitted within 24 hours of the first time you launch the game, within seven days from your date of purchase, or within seven days from the game's release date if you pre-ordered, whichever comes first.

When will the credit appear on my card?
Your refund credit on a downloadable product will appear on your card within 5 - 7 business days of us receiving your completed return request. Your refund credit on a physical product will appear on your card within 14 business days of us receiving your sealed shrink-wrapped product.
I purchased a physical product from Origin but the wrong product was sent to me. What do I do?
You may return the product for a replacement or refund if you have not opened and removed the shrink-wrap from the product. For full details, please visit our warranty page.
