Regarding Titanfall 2

Hey there, EA:ers!

I've got two questions that needs answers.

1. Have you abandoned the Titanfall 2 area of the forum? There's a pretty sour vibe over there seeing as there are some nasty reoccuring issues that haven't been anywhere near addressed enough.

2. One of said issues is about the latest DDoS attack that has rendered the multiplayer aspect of the game unplayable. Last we heard, two technicians were allocated to sorting it out, but this was months ago when there was another DDoS attack that did they same thing. All in all, three or four attacks have been crippling the game this year alone, leaving debilitating connectivity issues in their wake when they finally cease. Can anyone let us know what's going on, what's being done to fix it and approximately how long this is going to take?

    For anyone reading thinking I've dropped my marbles: I posted this in the General Question forum and was trying to inform them of the rampant neglect of the Titanfall 2 forum, hoping for some answers. Got noped, had the thread moved back into the abandoned mess of atrocious silence that is the Titanfall 2 area of the forum. These EA representatives are quick in all the wrong ways.

    @euros2999 As far as I've come to understand, it's not on EA's table to fix (as publishers, EA aren't responsible for the upkeep of the game, that falls on the dev side, and Respawn have moved on, so no fix to expect). Do I like it? No, I seriously do not. It feels like a cheap dodge by sketchy red tape policies that allow for the consumer to end up in a tight spot without having any substantial support or with any party responsible to provide a solution. An administrationless case, as opposed to a victimless crime. As far as I've been informed, this inaction is legal and both parties (EA and Respawn) are off the hook and can safely just ignore the buzz. It is possible to request a refund if you bought the game in this broken state, but I don't know the likelihood of the request being approved. That's the objective reality of the situation, as far as I understand it.
