Regeneration Problems - titanfall

Game worked great first time through. Since I regenerated I am to level 12 but the Pilot setups say that I can customize, but when I go into game mode, they revert back to the standard pilot profiles (rifleman, assassin, etc.).  Also game freezed twice in a row on me and kicked me out.

Also, it seems like many of the players that play alot have memorized some of the points were players respawn and have been killed not even a second after I materialize.
