requesting a refund

 Hello.

 I bouhgt 'Titanfall digital deluxe'. But, I request a refund my order.

 I clicked 'request refund' at my order list, but the link connects to error page.

 How can I refund my order? 3 more hours remained to first 24 hours since I played Titanfall for the first time.
