RPG License?

I've had a thought and I have been messing with some ideas for a Tabletop RPG for Titanfall/Apex Legends. I feel like there would be a good market for it and am wondering what it would take to be considered to get a license or the cost to do so for a model and dice version of the games to bring player stories to life.

    Tell me about it. The idea I've got brewing here that I'm laying the foundation for already is a blend of a dice pool like rpg system with skirmish war gaming. You choose your kits for your Pilot and Titan and are given a certain number of dice based on your attribute scores and kit bonuses. 

    There is obviously more than just that but I'm seeing if EA/Respawn would even consider the idea or if I just gotta hunker down and create a game without the established IP.

    @OscarOscrFoxtrot Is it intended to be a mixture between generic tabletops and Warhammer's figure-based skirmish systems? I would easily fork out my money for that, especially if you manage to get a solid coop experience in there.
