server error - Client desynchronising

If you’re having difficulties connecting to online play or to other players in Titanfall likely need to open, or forward, their online ports. Find the ports for your platform below, and then you can open your ports.
Xbox 360 & Xbox One players

To make sure that no corrupt data causing your issue, you should clear your cache:

1. From the dashboard, click on My Xbox.
2. Select System Settings.
3. Select Storage.
4. Highlight Hard Drive Device.
5. Press Y to select Device Options, then Clear System Cache.
6. Reboot your console.

I keep having the same problem, i opened all those ports, i cleaned the cache, but i get the same error, sometimes i get image from classic matches but for less than one second, this happened to me once, i could see my weapon but in that second "server error client desyncronizing" but.... When i play trainning, it loads the mission and i get only black screen with audio, the after 3 minutes waiting at the part that says look at the red dots, the image appeared, and i could do the trainning.
But when i play campaign it loads the lobby with other players, do the countdown launches the map load image and then black screen, the white circle rolling then "server error - client desyncronizing"
I personally think its my internet connection i have 40kbp maybe 50kbps in best circumstances, i dont know, i was only able to play trainning, 12gb free on 320gb xbox hard drive,
need a solution!
