Server time out problem

I'm not able to play on tf2 matchmaking since I got the game because of this. I don't know what's wrong. My internet is running perfectly and I have no issues on all my other games. Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this problem??

    I'm playing on Xbox one
    And I've tried reinstalling the game, checking for issues on my internet and I've also restored my Xbox entirely to see if it was a system error but it keeps saying the same thing

    Its been like this for me for around a week as well. Despite running multiplayer very well after the initial purchase, lately it never loads into matches, and when it does I get booted off
