When im at the main menu and click "Play" the "connecting... Retrieving match making list" comes up and doesnt do anything, i just get stuck. Also , it says "data centre: Searching" and then when i press "X" it comes up with all the servers but the all have "-1" ping. i cant play the game at all and really need this fixed please.

day 2 with the same issue on the XBOX ONE .. in title screen i click PLAY it says connecting ... retrieving matchmaking list but yet there is no attempts being made to connect / DATA CENTERS says searching when i click X it is BLANK under NAME and PING . i already did a hard reset of the system and cleared cookies cache even reset the routor even i knew it was not the problem and still there is no connecting to the match making servers it is a technical problem only u guys at EA can fix so plz help and thx for your time
