Community AdminIt sounds like an account issue then. We (EA) can't see xbox players' TF accounts, so your best way forward on this would be to contact Xbox support.
See I would contact Xbox support but they informed me to contact the game manufacturer. Since the account works with every other xbox 1 game there must be a problem with Titanfall.
