UPDATE
I got it to work by putting my router in DMZ mode. I am now 100% sure that this is a Router/networking issue.
I know EA is in touch with belkin regarding router issues. Mabe get in touch with Dlink also EA?

I don't think it's specific to Belkin or Dlink - I have an Asus RT-N56U (which is the best router I've ever owned) that does it too. Absolutely no problems in any other multiplayer game. It's gotta be a game issue at the core.

Yes its a game problem no doubt. But my point was that it is a networking problem caused by the game. Mabe it came out a little wrong. Isn't the only thing the DMZ does is to open ALL ports? But I've already forwarded all required ports for this game. Strange...
