I'm a little disappointed that EA hasn't even responded to this post to show they're at least AWARE of it. Re-installing the game does NOT work, so there's clearly a bigger issue here. It'd be nice to know someone at least has eyes on it....

Agreed. The least EA could do is to respond in this thread and acknowledge the issue, because I'm sure they must have seen it.
